As someone with constant sleep issues I was curious about Sakara’s sleep supplement.
I tried this supplement for three weeks and have mixed feelings about it.
For context I have issues falling AND staying asleep.

Did Sakara’s Night Service Work?
I purchased one month’s supply of Sakara’s Night Service supplement and took it as directed for 30 days.
While I do think it helped me fall asleep, I did not stay asleep.
And as I read through some of the other reviews on their website, it seemed I wasn’t alone in this.
Sakara recommends taking this supplement for 12 weeks, but as I wasn’t sleeping through the night I didn’t feel like I could justify the cost for another few months.
I think if your main problem is falling asleep, this supplement is a great option!
I definitley felt relaxed and fell asleep easier.
But if you’re someone who wakes up multiple times a night just be aware this supplement might not be as helpful as you’d like.

However, I know different bodies are impacted by supplements in different ways.
Overall, I think it’s important consider what you’re trying to accomplish with Sakara’s Night Service before spending the money.
